Which integrations does Qualitista support?

Qualitista is mainly meant to be used with your SaaS help desk, we integrate with Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk as well as Help Scout.

You can add reviewers outside your help desk as well as tickets/cases/conversations you'd like review outside of your help desk to Qualitista manually. For that, all you need is a unique URL link for the conversation you'd like to add.
