Filter tickets

Filters help you quickly find the tickets you're looking for. We've set up a few default filters for you. You can also create custom filters.

To filter your tickets: 

  1. Navigate to the Ticket review page. 
  2. Click on the blue filters icon in the top left corner of the page, next to the neat cat logo. 
  3. Click on the filter that you want to use. Voilá, all matching tickets are displayed. 

Not enough? Create your own custom filters.
