Why am I getting an error message when trying to add a token to my account?

To keep your account running quickly and smoothly with minimal API requests to Zendesk we only allow you to add one connection between your SaaS help desk and Qualitista.

So, if you're getting an error, it might be because there is already an existing link between your account and Qualitista and there is no need to add any additional tokens.

Just make sure that the connection is chosen under Team (Manage) > Connections.
